Who we are
SS Block Wizard is a trading name of Delivery Wizard Limited (company no. 13193209) and Steve & Samantha’s Consultancy Ltd (company no. 15425506), both registered in England and Wales. Together we are responsible for the personal details you send us through this website or by email.

What we collect
When you make an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery postcode, and the details you give us about your project, delivery and unloading. If you email us plans, drawings or photos, we keep those with your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange and deliver any work you ask us to carry out. We rely on the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Who we share it with
Enquiries sent through the website form are passed to us by email using a form delivery service, Web3Forms. If you have accepted advertising cookies, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) are told that an enquiry was sent, but not what it contained. Where you go ahead with an order, we share the details needed to deliver it with the transport, lifting and installation partners working on your job, and where needed with a structural engineer. We only share what they need to do that work.
How long we keep it
If you don’t go ahead, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If you do, we keep the job records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons, normally up to 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we no longer need them. Email support@ssblockwizard.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We only set advertising cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner. If you accept, we use Google Ads cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure which of our Google, Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to enquiries. Google and Meta receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you send an enquiry, and may use it as described in their own privacy policies.
If you reject, no advertising cookies are set. We also store your choice in your browser so we don’t ask every time. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s IP address to deliver them.
