We make the interlocking concrete blocks, move them to your site, lift them into place and build the structure. One team manages the whole job, with construction-led oversight from the first site visit.
Most customers end up juggling a supplier, a haulier, a lifting firm and a builder. We manage all of it, so there is one point of contact and one team accountable for the job.

Plan it
We look at the site, the access and what the structure has to do. On managed projects, once you’ve instructed us, we produce a layout and 3D visual so you can see the job before anything arrives.
3D visuals show the proposed layout. Where a structure needs an engineered design, we arrange it through a qualified structural engineer.

Make it
We cast our own interlocking blocks in three sizes, each with a cast-in lifting point and interlocking top profile.

Move it
Loaded, secured and delivered from Yorkshire to sites across the country, with the vehicle and lifting method chosen to suit your site.

Build it
Blocks are lifted into position and the structure built to the agreed layout. You get a finished bay or wall, not a pile of blocks at the gate.

Flatbed, HIAB or telehandler
We don’t just drop them at the gate.
Every site is different. If you can offload yourself, we deliver on a flatbed. If you can’t, we send a HIAB or get a telehandler to site. Tight access, soft ground, overhead lines or long reach all change the right way to lift, so we pick the method that suits your site instead of forcing one approach.

Retaining walls, bays holding high stockpiles and more complex layouts can need an engineered design. We arrange it through a qualified structural engineer as part of the project, so you’re not left finding one yourself.

We cast our own blocks in steel moulds. Each one has a cast-in lifting point and interlocking nibs on the top face, so every course locks onto the one below. Order them for your own team to build with, or have us deliver and place them. Approximate weights are shown below.

Can I just buy the blocks?
Yes. There is no minimum order. We deliver on a flatbed if you can offload, or bring a HIAB or telehandler if you can’t. We can also place the blocks in position. The full managed service is there when you want the whole job sorted.
Do you use a HIAB or a telehandler?
Whatever the site needs. If you can offload yourself, we deliver on a flatbed. If you can’t, we send a HIAB or get a telehandler to site, chosen to suit your access and ground conditions.
Is a 3D visual an engineered design?
No. Our 3D visuals show the proposed layout so everyone is clear on what is being built. Where a structure needs an engineered design, for example a retaining wall or a bay holding high stockpiles, we arrange it through a qualified structural engineer as part of the project.
Do you do domestic jobs as well as commercial?
Yes. We work on commercial, industrial, agricultural and domestic sites, and every job is delivered to the same standard.
How much are the blocks?
Blocks are £60 + VAT, £90 + VAT and £145 + VAT for the 600mm, 1200mm and 1800mm blocks respectively. Delivery is quoted separately based on postcode. Where required, HIAB or telehandler offloading and placement can also be arranged.
What sizes are the blocks?
600 × 600 × 600mm, 1200 × 600 × 600mm and 1800 × 600 × 600mm, weighing approximately 0.6 tonnes, 0.98 tonnes and 1.6 tonnes respectively.
